My favorite peppermint-packed cosmetic? CO Bigelow's Mentha Lip Balm ($7.50; bathandbodyworks.com), an addictive glide-on formula that's being touted as a new cult classic. The emollient shea-butter stick soothes, nourishes, and protects lips and, like the original Mentha Lip Shine, freshens breath with an icy blast of flavor.
