I've never understood the appeal of dangling cell-phone accessories (beads, paillettes, feathers), but this little gloss from Bourjois ($9; sephora.com) has forced me to reconsider my position on the trend. A mini-version of the brand's popular Effet 3D, the petite glaze offers the same rich shine and nonsticky texture as the original in eight standout shades. Two of my favorite Bourjois hues--Beige Elastic, a sheer nude, and Brun Galactic, a glistening caramel--are every bit as fabulous, and more convenient to carry, in mobile form. In fact, I was so pleased with the portable charms that I decided to splurge on Framboise Magnific, a vibrant berry shimmer that looks every bit as charming on lips as it does hooked up to a Motorola. --Jennifer Riley
