No Fuss, No Muss
Tuesday
Even those of us who savor slow beauty rituals (OCD types who blend 12 shimmers on their eyelids as if they were Fabergé eggs) can appreciate the ease of an all-in-one product every now and then. And for busy girls who barely have the time to apply lip balm, multitasking cosmetics are a must-have. Whether you fall into the former or latter camp, you’ll be pleased to learn that celebrity makeup artist Susan Posnick’s mineral-based line truly delivers on its promise of “making beauty simple.” ColorFlo ($64; susanposnick.com)—a foundation, powder, brush, and SPF 26 sunscreen all in one—offers top-notch coverage, softens fine lines, and lasts all day with just a single sweep (I used M3, a light neutral). ColorMe ($32 each), a collection of richly pigmented blushes and bronzers packed with vitamins A and E, are inspired by the glows of some of Hollywood’s most luminous stars (Ginger, an Angie Harmon-esque bronzer, left me looking red-carpet radiant, if I do say so myself). And ColorCorrect ($20), a creamy double-ended pencil (and my personal brand favorite, in C1) brightens and corrects without smudging, smearing, or skipping. In all cases, the packaging—portable, spill-proof, self-dispensing—is every bit as innovative as the what’s contained inside. —Jennifer Riley
