I first applied the nude-pink liner to the corners of my eyes (the inconspicuous shade is better than white, according to Tarte, since white can look harsh and unnatural). Then, I swept the sheer pink highlighter strategically over my lids, creases, brows, and cheeks, and voila!—my eyes looked instantly brighter, creating the illusion of a night of restful sleep as opposed to, say, beach revelry.
