Those still in mourning over Tom Ford’s runway retirement can get a fresh dose of the designer’s signature sex appeal in cosmetic form. In November, Ford unveiled the new Tom Ford Esteé Lauder Collection to a crowd of more than 1,000 devotees at New York City’s Saks Fifth Avenue. The line, which reinterprets select iconic Esteé products and the brand’s traditional gold fluted packaging, features 13 items, including the new Youth Dew Amber Nude Fragrance Collection and the Amber Nude Limited Edition Makeup Collection of lipsticks and compacts. Although the scent will remain in the permanent Esteé Lauder line, Ford fanatics should run, not walk, to snag the makeup (it’s available for the holiday 2005 season only). —xoxoxJenny
